Das Workout<br \/>\nbeinhaltet Koordinations- und Muskelkr\u00e4ftigungs\u00fcbungen mit Einsatz<br \/>\nunterschiedlicher Hilfsmittel wie Tubes, Gewichten, Brasils und Aero-Steps<br \/>\ninsbesondere zur Kr\u00e4ftigung f\u00fcr den R\u00fccken und der Muskelbereiche Bauch, Beine,<br \/>\nPo (BBP).
